We had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters on 11/26/2025. My 12-year-old daughter and I were helped by an associate named Camden, and I can’t say enough good things about him! He was incredibly patient with locating our insurance coverage and really took the time to help us pick out the perfect pair of glasses. Camden’s helpfulness and attention to detail made the whole process really smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning for any future eyewear needs!

The customer service at this store is amazing. I stepped on my glasses accidentally, causing one eye glass to break apart from the frame. I went to the store to drop them off for repair, thinking it would take a week or so to get them back. Leah and Camden, stopped what they were doing and immediately started on the repair. 10 minutes later, my glasses were like new. This is a great of example of what it means to put the customer above all. Just amazing!

I had the best experience because of Camden! He made the process of getting my son's lenses quick and simple. He gave outstanding customer service and was considerate and patient. Thank you!

Wow! What an amazing experience I have every time I am there. I went in the other day after work because I have these vintage glasses that I can’t find anywhere ofc, they are from the 80’s/90’s. I lost a screw for one the pieces so that the glasses can stay together. So they were falling apart. I figured I could try to go into LensCrafters - that is where I get all of my amazing glasses - and see if they would be able to sell me a missing part or screw and fix them. I wanted to pay but the kind sir that was working just took them to the back and said he will see what he can do. So quickly, a few minutes later as I’m looking around for new glasses, he came back with my glasses all fixed up!!!! I am sooo happy and grateful and I will definitely always be back there. I had a very disappointing experience yesterday morning and felt compelled to leave a review. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. I arrived at 8:56 AM and noticed the doors were still locked and the lights were off, which I understood since it wasn’t technically opening time yet. A male employee was standing a few feet from the door on his phone. I waited patiently until 9:00. When he finally unlocked the door, he nudged it open just enough to walk through himself, allowing it to close directly in my face as I stepped forward. There was no greeting at all—no “good morning,” no acknowledgment. When I stated I had an appointment, his response was dismissive, simply telling me to go down the hallway to the next room.
