Chandler and Salem were SO helpful and paitient with my husband and I's many questions. As we both turned into first-time glasses wearers at 40, we weren't sure what to expect and both Salem and Chandler advised us several times over multiple visits. They were paitient and friendly, helping pick out frames, helping us go over pros and cons, helping us to use our insurance to its fullest, and provided guidance on how to best navigate in-store availability, shipping, etc. My husband and I are so grateful for their time and attention. We both purchased two pairs (glasses and sunglasses) and would continue to recommend this location to everyone for the customer service alone!

I was blown away by my experience at LensCrafters. Having never been to a chain optometrist, I was a bit nervous but they run like a well oiled machine. I was in and out of the exam itself within 15 minutes. The exam team were nice and professional. The dreaded part about going to the eye doctor is stumbling around trying to pick a new pair of frames when you can’t see without your glasses on. It gets hot, you’re concerned that everybody’s waiting on you and it’s not the most fun. Until coming here. Chandler was fantastic. I was there for an hour and picked out 3 new pairs of glasses and his customer service was top notch the entire time. He was kind, thoughtful, and immensely helpful and not only that but you could tell he cared about everybody who walked in that door with how many times

Tahirah was extremely helpful during the checkout process. She explained how I have been getting glasses with a plastic lens which are really for customers with poorer vision. In addition, they scratch easier and are more expensive than the polycarbonate lenses I could be getting. She also showed me on my sunglasses how the Progressive Adaptive Sun lens which is newer and better than the Varilux lens is actually less expensive. So thank you you Tahirah!!!

I needed replacement glasses quickly. The optometrist and support team fit me in. They gave me perfect prescription and great team there. Need to mention that was over a year ago. I stepped on my glasses and both lens broke out. I called and they said if we can we will fix. They did like new. Awesome staff great tech crew ❤️

Salem was amazing! I was in and out quick! She made me feel so welcome and very comfortable. I wanted a pair a glasses and she was able to order them for me. Definitely will come back to shop more🥰 can’t wait to get my new glasses.
