I stopped by LensCrafters to see if they could fix my glasses, and the experience was amazing. Sinem helped me right away and was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She fixed my glasses quickly and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how welcoming and professional she was. My fiancé uses Lens Crafters Mount Juliet for her annual eye exam every year and came home with a horrible experience there. The front desk lady was fine at first with the usual checking in and filling out paper work. The technician that came to do my finances eye scans before seeing the doctor was very rude. My fiancé wanted to ask the doctor a question about an eye issue and the technician stated that they did not have time for an exam and to address my fiancés eye concern . She told my fiancé to pick one or the other. Then when the scans started the technician kept leaving during the scans. The technician left my fiancé there under a machine with a bright red light on for several minutes and kept leaving the room multiple times. I've been going to LensCrafters for years and see the same employees. There is low employee turnover which speaks volumes. During my last two visits, I worked with Chloe. She's always very helpful, and I love her sweet disposition.

Well Mount Juliet eye center, is the doctor's office inside of LensCrafters. I left a detailed GOOGLE review for them. After I left the review, I went back inside and mentioned to the women at the LENSCRAFTERS customer service, that if they wanted to understand why I didn't buy glasses here at LensCrafters, they could go read the review. She proceeded to tell me that they were two separate companies, and I said I know this, But I'm telling you that Mount Juliet eye center is the reason why I'm not staying inside of their store to buy my frames and lenses. It obviously wasn't a concern for them, and she told me to have a good night.....Just WOW...😳

I Love This LensCrafters!! Chloe was a delight to work with very knowledgeable and personable which is a rarity in customer service these days. The retail store itself is immaculate very inviting and the selection of eyewear is unmatched. Chloe was working with a mom who was trying on glasses with her daughter so I wasn’t able to close out my purchase with her but Shelly (forgive me if I got your name wrong) was just as professional and nice as her coworker. I highly recommend this location of LensCrafters for your vision needs.
