I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters thanks to Jen. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really listen to what I needed, answered all of my questions clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Jen went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident in my choices, and her professionalism combined with genuine kindness truly stood out. Customer service like hers is rare, and she’s a huge asset to LensCrafters. I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The Monterey lens crafters has now gained a lifetime customer, I definitely will be recommending friends, and family. Thank you Jen!

Latasha, was the best, made me feel comfortable and she let me take my time. We chose a pair and went back and forth, even after we paid and chose out first pair(my wife), she let me figure it out on my own time. My first time going through this process, so I was indecisive, but she didnt let that bother her, instead she went even more in depth to further explain every detail. I will only be coming here and dealing with Latssha. LensCrafters is very lucky to have her on their side.

I stopped by because one of the arms had fallen off of my glasses - I’m not even a client there and they helped me kindly and quickly!!! So so friendly!! While I was waiting (which wasn’t long), I perused the selection of glasses and they have soooo many cool designs!! So great so kind! Go to LensCrafters in the del Monte shopping center!!!

I called and spoke to Allie about my busted strings to hold my lenses. She said she could replace the strings at no charge. I arrived and gave her the glasses and she said it would take about 20 min. I returned to the store and Allie had replace both strings at no charge. She was friendly and professional. 5 Stars!!! Thank you Allie for helping this out-of-town visitor from Texas. Robert
