Today’s visit was very impressive. The office staff was very helpful and extremely nice. The receptionist greeted me with a warm welcoming 😊 smile. The technician that prep me to be examine by Dr. Bergin was extremely friendly as well as knowledgeable. Shout out to Dr. Bergin for being very thorough and patient. He has a very awesome 😎 personality which makes interacting with him very special. The gentleman behind the counter upon completing my visit with Dr. Bergin was extremely helpful and made me 😂 laugh. Let’s not forget about the Opticians whom was so nice and friendly as well. I overheard how they were able to help each other and the customers they were assisting. I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters at the Avenue in Kennesaw! My eye doctor was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had — she took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand, which made the whole process so comfortable. My appointment was quick, easy, and very thorough. The sales associate was so helpful in helping me find the perfect frames — I absolutely love them! Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. My glasses even came in earlier than expected, and when I picked them up, I was beyond impressed with how perfect they were. I will absolutely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for top-notch service and care.

I came into LensCrafters to shop around and price some new frames. When I met with Skip to discuss my options, he went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on the product and how my insurance would help. He helped me get set up in the system for future visits and assured me that if I any trouble that I could come back and get support. Skip was very knowledgeable, honest, and patient. He made my first visit an exceptional one and I cannot wait to come back to do business.

Miss Barbara was such a pleasure to work with! She was very professional and helpful! She went above and beyond to help my wife get the perfect glasses and lenses.
