Not sure they are worthy of 1 star. Walked in with only 2 customers in the entire store today around 1 pm. One customer was being shown an AI glasses demonstration. There were two other female employees who were not even capable of adjusting my frames that were $500 purchased from said store. Returned for the third time to have them adjusted. There was a person in the lab that obviously refused to help me. The customer being helped adult (40 y/o) son was asleep in the chair next to his father. So let’s first wonder why there was no other customers in the store and the two young ladies left clueless slumped over the counter could not even offer simple services as adjusting a pair of glasses???????? I had such a great experience getting my frames. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my style, comfort, and budget, and never made me feel rushed. Great selection of frames to choose from!! The entire process, from choosing frames to final fitting was seamless and professional. I will be back, and will be telling my friends.

I brought in my prescription and Debbie was wonderful in ordering my new lenses for my current frames. My glasses were ready much faster than the expected 2 weeks and Debbie even installed some new softer nose pads on my glasses. Thank you so much!!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The receptionist, & Dr. Behrens were so nice and friendly. It’s so nice to actually have a doctor do your eye exam. Unlike Visionworks and other places that do virtual exams. Virtual exams are terrible. I was trying to find the frames that fit me best when Ms.Debbie walked up and asked if I needed any help, it’s like she knew what would look good on me. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you DEBBIE !!!!!!

I was in need of a very odd sized screw for the arm of a vintage pair Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses. Bailey at the Lens Crafters in The Shops at River Crossing Mall was able to help me promptly.
