After breaking a nose pad on my glasses I swung by the Lens Crafters at the Park Meadows mall and asked about options. Willow was super quick to offer to take them back and see about getting it replaced, and was back out with them taken care of within a minute. What a great experience, it was nice to just get taken care of so effortlessly.

They were extremely kind and helpful, and overall it was a great experience. I ordered transition lenses for my Meta Glasses, and they initially told me it would take about two weeks for the lenses to arrive while I kept my glasses. However, they called me back after only five days to let me know the lenses had arrived. The installation took about 20 minutes, and I was ready to go. I am very satisfied with the service. ❤️❤️👏🏼

Amy at the Park Meadows, CO location is so incredibly helpful. She took the time to meet with me twice to go over the issues I has having with my new lenses and suggest additional solutions for us to try, even though I didn't even have the lenses made at her location. I really appreciate her working with me and wanting to get my issues sorted out, she has been really great.

The manager at the Lonetree LensCrafters was amazing! No joke, my dog ate my glasses the week before Christmas and I needed them for work. I asked if she could rush an order but due to the holidays that wasn’t going to work. I understood. But after placing my order she went in the back and worked magic on my old glasses that were not purchased at LensCrafters by the way. She fixed the mangled sides and wrapped them so they did not hurt due to the sharp teeth marks from the dog. Truly a life saver. She has gained a customer for life. Customer service like this is so rare these days! Thank you so much!
