Customer Reviews
Amazing service and experience, hands down. My appointment with Dr. Selvey was quick and easy while my service from Amanda was simply fantastic. Amanda allowed me space while I shopped for lenses and once we sat down to finish out my purchase she was simply a delight. Her bubbly personality made my first time there so much more relaxed and she even went out of her way to take care of my old glasses while helping with my new ones. She also was quite patient and thorough with all the questions I had. I’d recommend here to anyone looking for a practice that cares for their patients and customers and goes the extra mile for them!
Just wanted to drop a five star because I had some issues with the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters – – which is separate from LensCrafters— And Matt, the store manager came to talk to me about the issues I had and I also helped me understand my contact prescription and brand. He also explained how I would go about refilling them… This is way more than what the receptionist in the back office did for me and I really appreciate that Matt took the time to do that. While I understand, the doctors office located in the back of LensCrafters and LensCrafters are two separate businesses, they just have a partnership together, I wanted to come in and just recognize Matt for at least maintaining a partnership with one customer.
Somewhat frustrated. I've been a lenscrafters customer for so many years. It must be Atleast 20 if not more. Normally on point with everything. But the last time my husband and son went they really goofed up insurance details and made it quite difficult. This time I went and insurance was again misread by the employee. I second guessed myself and believed the store associate. I settled for a much cheaper frame for my glasses when my insurance would have covered much more...All of those years I think I might shop around. I did call and complain just to be told that if I'm unsatisfied I have 30 days to return them. I'm sorry...that is nice and all but how about accountability? I think people don't know the meaning of that word anymore
A friend needed an appointment as soon as possible. I called Thursday afternoon and the appointment was Friday. The service was great. The associates were helpful and polite. The doctor was great and the ordering process was easy. The glasses were ready to be picked up in 3 working days! The experience was great and he will return!
The young lady who greeted me when entering was excellent. A ray of sunshine there. Dark haired young lady in white lab coat. I neglected to ask her name. It would have been worth a mention. A simple positive greeting. Works every time. Thank you. After walking to the desk, employee seated there, older woman, was RUDE. No hello, good morning, how can we assist, nothing. Basic customer service. Snap, snap, snap. New insurance, well, forgive me. $137, now, out of pocket. Did I have that...yes. But, it won't be dropped here. Seriously? Get this lady a short course in common courtesy. It will/may help her grow,(?) immensely. And make sure you (LensCrafters) keep the customer base solid. The Doctors are (and have always been) amazing, the selection of eyewear is phenomenal. I'm good, won
