I had the pleasure of working with Zachary who I hear is still very new. I couldn’t decide which frames I liked the best and informed him that I probably only be able to do one as I don’t have vision insurance. He went out of his way to help me get a better deal so I could get both frames. I believe that he’s a valuable asset to that team as he very easy to work with and hold a conversation with. He’s pleasant and good with patients. Overall, everyone in the optical department are always happy and helpful and I would recommend this location to anyone.

Wonderful experience on Friday. Jamie was beyond helpful and so incredibly kind and easy to work with. She found the replacement lenses I needed and was able to get my glasses back to me in three days. Thank you again for such service. Highly recommend this location in Belmar.

Love the people who handle the appointments and everything!! Talked to a lady with short blonde hair about getting my glasses tighten and she was rude. Told me I just need a new pair of glasses and didn’t even try to see if she can do anything else. The doctor let me know they can try to tighten it or replace the screw and she didn’t even try to accommodate. Would go for the appointment again but not the glasses.

Jamie is the only reason I chose Lens Crafters. Jamie has a high level of technical understanding regarding eye glass wear. She is an intellect coupled with a level of compassion that is unique. I felt like she was treating me like a loving grown child would talk with the parents that they appreciate. I know that Jamie's customer service skills are a part of her genetic makeup which she continues to cultivate.
