Update: I spoke to the manager, and she completely disregarded my concerns. She kept talking about how terrible online sales are and claimed that there’s nothing she can do about it. She also said that I’m talking about two different things and won’t support customers who want to shop online. Linda at LensCrafters was incredibly helpful when we came in to get lenses for our new Meta glasses. She took the time to walk us through the different options and made sure we understood what would work best for us. You can tell she really knows her stuff.
