After not having the best experience at another linscrafters (that I won't mention). I popped in today with not the best expectations. However, an amazing rep named Nicki-Ray completely saved me from my lencrafter doubts. She was attentive, thorough and extremely knowledgeable and professional! In short, she was awesome! I walked out with 2 new orders and couldn't be happier. Thank you Nicki for all your help. You have a new customer for life. I strongly recommend her services and wisdom.

Outstanding experience at Lenscrafters at the Town Center. The exam was efficient and thorough. Adrianna provided excellent service providing all my options for glasses and/or contacts. I could not recommend them more.

Kaela was excellent. She spent a great deal of time with both my wife and I is getting us the best glasses that suited us best and at the best price. With Nikki's help they were also able to turn a sunglasses disaster (because of Oakley) into a win as they figured out a way for me to get new sunglass lenses when oakley said no. Would highly recommend LensCrafters for all you glasses and lenses needs. My experience was at the Town Center location.
