My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters while picking out our new Meta glasses. Mahogany, our sales associate, was phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient as she helped us explore the different options available. She took the time to explain the features of the Meta glasses, made sure we found styles that looked great on us, and answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. Her professionalism and friendly personality truly made the experience enjoyable. It’s rare to receive customer service this genuine, and Mahogany went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. My experience Len crafters at this location was unmatched! From the moment me and my partner walked through the door. Michelle greeted us kindly, asked about our needs. She fixed both our glasses. We needed a resize for a pair of Gucci glasses and repair for broken glasses left handle Ralph Lauren. She fixed them both for FREE in less than 10 minutes. Cleaned both glasses for us as well. The staff shared their favorite lunch spots in the area. Store was extremely clean and felt warm with phenomenal customer service. Michelle deserves a promotion and raise! Many thanks Len Crafters!

Najah Davis at LensCrafters was fantastic to work with. She was friendly, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of rushing me through the process. She explained the differences between frames and lenses clearly and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. What stood out most was how attentive and professional she was from start to finish. I never felt pressured, and she made sure everything fit comfortably and looked right before I left.
