Really appreciated Amber taking the time to help adjust my glasses and provide excellent customer service! Very professional, warm, and knew exactly what to do! Glad for the consistency across LensCrafters locations

I stopped in today after being sent around elsewhere by Eye Care Eye Wear Center, and the difference in experience was immediate. Although they did not sell me my frames, the staff here took the time to help anyway. They reinserted my lenses, tightened the arm, and straightened the frames without charging me a fee and without involving my insurance, all with patience and professionalism. The technician actually sat with me, reviewed my coverage, and explained my options clearly. I felt listened to and respected. Because of how I was treated today, I will absolutely be back as soon as I’m eligible for new glasses. This is how eye care should be done. Highly recommend.

I don’t often leave reviews, but today I had the best experience at LensCrafters. I accidentally rolled over my glasses while being a goof and annoying my boyfriend. They were bent and the screw was out and I thought they were broken. I was so upset and didn’t have backups. Imagine my relief when their employee was able to fix them for me within like a minute! I really appreciated that! She even cleaned them! What a gal! She genuinely changed my whole day! She was very professional and quick and kind, I wish I had asked her name so I could say it.

This was my first visit to LensCrafters and it was the best experience. I’ve never had so much fun at an eye exam (LOL). The doctor was very informative and very kind. Special shout out to Amber who helped me pick out frames and made me feel so comfortable. I’ve already recommended this location to a friend. My appointment was Friday and I received my eyeglasses and contacts yesterday. It was a fast turn around time and I’m beyond impressed. Thank you guys for everything. See you in 12 months (LOL).

The doctors are really dedicated to the job and always make great recommendations. The staff are also welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend LebsCrafters any day 👌
