Customer Reviews
Customer service is fine, glasses came crooked and no one can get them straight. I wasted money and how have to buy a new pair out of pocket!! LensCrafters is awful!!! I will never purchase from them again!
I arrived at 2:48pm on a Monday afternoon for my son’s 3pm eye exam. My original appt for a couple weeks prior was canceled a day or two prior due to the doctor having a family emergency. Upon arrival, there was no wait. Front desk staff told me the doctor was still on lunch but they would get us checked in. I provided insurance information and complete an intake form. This was all completed by 3pm. At 3:10pm, my son said “are we doing this today or tomorrow… because they taking an awful long time” haha. I agree. I got here early hoping to be seen on time, especially as I needed to be back home by 4pm to continue working. At 3:12pm, we were brought back to begin the pre screen with David, who also checked us in. 12 minutes after the appt time, isn’t horrible. David was patient and frie
Have been coming to this store for probably 15 years, and have gotten wonderful service every time.... until yesterday. Walked in to get my lenses replaced and was immediately told by Gregg (store manager) it would be 3-4 hours and we'd have to leave them there because they were busy. The last time I had my lenses replaced (a few months ago), it took only 5-10 minutes, so I was of course curious about other options that wouldn't take as long. We had kids at home we needed to get back to, and I wasn't prepared to be visionless for that long. Any and every question I asked was answered with a short blunt response, that denied any idea I had, and made me feel dumb for asking it. Is there any way I can have the lenses to put them in myself? - "No they need to be cut". Can you use the ide
Last Weekend Stephen was a great help during my visit! He was very personable, engaging, and even picked out a few glasses he thought I’d like — and he was spot on! His sense of style really showed when helping me choose the perfect frames. He made the whole process smooth and quick. Got me in and out with no hassle. Thanks so much ☺️
Jeff (T-Bone) was amazing! I can tell he really loves helping people. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. He showed me all the options and even advised me on my future purchase. I highly recommend Lens Craft in Four Seasons Mall. Just know you are in good hands!!
