From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away and felt welcomed. The staff was professional, and the doctor explained everything clearly so I understood what was going on and the importance of following up. I also purchased new glasses, and the representative who helped me was very patient and pleasant—I even ended up choosing the same frames she was wearing! For my first visit to LensCrafters, it was a great experience. I felt comfortable and will definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Went in before closing to schedule initial appointment. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Day of appointment great experience. Eye tech was helpful. Nadia was amazing with helping pick out frames and ordering contacts. Dr. Was excellent, gave time and answered questions. Best eye doctor experience I have had. Updated technology for retinal scan. Out of pocket but not expensive and image was reviewed with me by Dr. Much better than getting dilated. Waiting for contact delivery. The staff apologized and are following up. I am glad that I found them.

This is where it's at, LITERALLY!!..First time at this location, and I am beyond impressed!! The store has a huge selection and it's perfectly organized. I had so much fun and really enjoyed the customer service. Lauren is absolutely amazing and made this experience very pleasant!. She is extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. This location is now definitely a home for my family to purchase all of our designer eyeglasses.

First visit and Dr was very nice and super thorough. Be aware this is considered "high end" optical shop which I was not aware of, so it is pricey but they have a great selection that worked in my budget. Overall very happy

Giving 0 stars as we were told that we missed an appt since we are 5 min late. We drove 1 hr one way for this appt and its so sad that they couldn't accommodate. I could only wish that they will feel the pain when everyone of them face the same treatment for their appts when they are late.
