The associates were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Even when I had a question on how my insurance was processed afterward, the associate patiently and cheerfully gave me a breakdown of how the charges were processed. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses soon!

My entire experience, from preparing for my appointment to the exam to purchasing my glasses, was exceptional. All of the staff I interacted with, but in particular Dr. Ly and Joby, were professional and instructive. When choosing my frames, Joby spent ample time helping me understand my options that met my clinical needs in my preferred price point, and I ended up making a purchase that exceeded the expectations I had prior to entering the store. I've been to many optical shops over the years, and while I've never had a bad experience, it nevertheless felt like just about any medical or retail experience. Visiting the LensCrafters at Rio today felt as if I were visiting a high-end boutique.

The selection here is great and more importantly the customer service is top notch. My exam was explained clearly to me. My doctor, Dr Tahira Raja was so friendly and didn't make me feel rushed. Joby, who helped me find frames didn't rush me into a decision and even found great alternatives for me. Joby was very knowledgeable and told me what to look out for when trying out frames. She walked me through my options with my vision coverage so that I was 100% confidence with my purchase. Look forward to getting my glasses and making them my regular place. I love their 30 day guarantee too to give me even more peace of mind.

I had a great experience at this LensCrafters location. Joby was very kind and helped me by replacing the nose pads on my glasses. I even offered her $10 tips, but she politely refused.
