I really appreciated my experience with Carlea! She was incredibly helpful in finding frames that fit my extra narrow face. Even going so far as to replacing sunglass lenses with prescription lenses so I could stick with the frames that fit best! So knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating when possible. I had an amazing experience here! I got the year backup plan and I was able to just bring my glasses in and get new ones super fast for only 50 BUCKS Everyone here are incredibly nice and I always have such an easy time picking out glasses, I felt supported and understood when it came to my needs!!!!!

Tichelle was great and so helpful. She did a fantastic job of helping me explore options as well as the pros and cons of each. Tichelle actually saved me some money from what the lenses would have cost. I also appreciated her sense of humor, helping to keep it light while I was trying to make decisions.

I took down my review from last year and gave lenscrafters another chance. No need to discuss my previous review. This time great eye exam. This time a good experience with sales staff and got the new Metas. I wish there was a little bit more instruction on the use of these as im an older guy but I figured it out. No charging cord with glasses. I think they have improved greatly over the previous year so ill be back and hopefully they will gain that 5th star from me. I'd say they did pretty good so 4.5 stars on this visit
