I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters, all thanks to Tim. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me so warmly and made me feel completely comfortable. He was super chill, funny, and genuinely patient while helping me pick out frames that actually fit my face and style (which is not easy 😅). Tim didn’t rush me at all and really took his time to make sure I was happy with my choice. He made the whole experience feel personal like I was being helped by family, not just another customer. Customer service like that is rare, and it made such a difference. If you’re going to LensCrafters, definitely ask for Tim. He’s the kind of person who makes you want to come back.

Tim delivered the best guest experience. He kept me entertained and laughing. The system was giving him trouble but he worked hard to stay calm and get me the glasses that I wanted. Tim made this my best experience buying glasses yet. Thank you so much Tim for making me feel more than just a customer.

Timothy at Lens Crafters in Daytona Beach, was phenomenal. He not only assisted my mom and I with mom’s frame selection, but he was also fast and efficient with obtaining the necessary information to properly place her eyeglass order. She purchased 2 pairs of lighter and darker tinted glasses, and Timothy gave her a nice discount.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I had a prescription from a doctor and my husband recommended this location for my glasses. Sherrie was so pleasant and helpful, just who I needed to help me make a decision with good information but no pressure. The glasses were ready within just a few days. When I came back for my fitting with Sherrie I could not have been happier with the glasses, the way they looked and the way they fit. I highly recommend this LensCrafters and I thank Sherrie for such a pleasant experience!

Thank you everyone at this amazing location! I've been to many in different states and this one by far has the best customer service. They're busy as heck but keep the atmosphere light and customer service focused. Thank you for being able to replace my reading glasses that I broke, in a current frame I already had. They didn't make any promises that the frame would work but it did, and they work perfectly. I had a script in them already so it was fine. Ironically I bought the frame from a different LC in a different state some years ago. I'm in the market for a new optometrist so may make this my new one. Only thing I don't like is driving to Daytona, but unfortunately for me everything is in Daytona or Orlando. I dislike Orlando way more and it's too far, so rather suffer through the tra
