Beth at the Columbus, GA location was AMAZING! She made the entire glasses-buying experience fun, easy, and super comfortable. She double-checked our sizing, helped us find the perfect pair, and made sure we felt confident in our choice. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had. I truly hope she’s there when our glasses arrive because we can’t wait to see her again! We’d recommend LensCrafters to everyone thanks to Beth. The atmosphere was fantastic!

Daija assisted me with picking out frames and lenses for my new glasses. I gave her an example of the type of frame I was looking for and she found me several samples to help with my decision. Once I chose my frames, she explained options for lenses, etc. On top of that she was patient and had the best personality. This customer experience was excellent.

Only leaving one star because I don’t have the option to leave NONE. I called to have my insurance verified after I already verified with my insurance company that LensCrafters is indeed in network with my insurance. Beth continued to talk over me while I and the insurance rep was trying to explain to her how she would need to search for my insurance. She continued to be nasty. And refused to listen. After she disconnected the call in my face, I called back asking for corporate at that time she tried talking nice, however I still wanted corporate number, in which she still wouldn’t give. So I called back. This time asking for corporate number so I can record her nasty attitude for proof. She hung up again… the last time I called she had someone else give me the number.
