I felt welcome in this store and the sales associate was very helpful. I got a great pair of glasses at a fair price. I will be returning.

Went to Lenscrafters on Edgewood Rd to get my glasses adjusted and look at new frames. Andrea did an amazing adjustment and helped me look for a new frame. The only problem I encountered was she was the only one working and there were about 5 people waiting. She did get through everyone very quickly, but the store was too busy to only have one person working.

I went to Lens Crafters today. The experience was wonderful! Everyone was polite, friendly and professional. June helped me pick out not one pair but two pairs of glasses. I really enjoyed laughing and talking to him. He's a wonderful and beautiful person. I would also like to thank Mr. Parson and the rest of the staff has well. My experience with everyone was fantastic!!

Lens Crafters Westdale is the place to go for all your eye needs!! Ive never left there dissatisfied about anything! The ladys are awesome polite always right there to help ya out!! Wont go any where else!!

Went in to get my glasses adjusted. The new store manager tried to adjust them, as I was watching her, I realized she didn't know how to. I went in the next day to have one of the other girls do it. Was not aware that there is only one of the girls left that actually knows how to adjust. I have been a long time customer and a very loyal customer to lenscrafters, but will not be going back to purchase again. After learning that several staff members that have been there for many years are gone and the one that is still there is probably leaving also, I will find a new place for my eyecare needs where the staff gets and looks appreciated, and doesn't looked so overworked.
