All around wonderful experience! Special shoutout to my friends Neil and Anna! Visited the store under an hour before closing due to a broken pair of prescription glasses. They were very kind, got me fitted, and made the whole process a breeze. Showcased their professional, patience, & attentiveness. They will answer any and all questions so don’t hesitate to ask. Loved working with these two and would recommend anyone to pay them a visit. Also received my new frames in under a week so I am very satisfied!! You rock Neil & Anna! 20/10 and thank you again!

Paid $725 for Tom Ford glasses ordered online. LensCrafters rejected my prescription for arbitrary reasons, sent me to the Cambridge store for an exam, and then their own doctor gave me the wrong axis, making the glasses unusable. Customer care took 15 minutes just to find my order and then told me an exchange was not possible — only a return. I walked 30 minutes to the Cambridge store to return the glasses and was told that only a manager has “special access” to process returns and the manager was not available. There were 4–5 employees in the store who could do nothing except waste my time and act annoyed that I was even there. I eventually had to go to another store to complete the return. For a so-called premium brand charging $725, this level of incompetence and disempowered staff

Had a fantastic experience at this location. Went in with a pair of sunglasses I had purchased elsewhere that needed to be adjusted. They helped me efficiently but also with the most care possible (adjusting and re-adjusting as necessary). Would definitely recommend this location and the folks that work here!

I had a wonderful experience at the store. They fixed my glasses at no cost replacing the missing nose pad and repairing the broken temple. Everything was upgraded for free! Thank you!

Jasmine, Cody, Neil were super helpful and nice in showing me frames, explaining things, getting my glasses set up quickly, and walking through insurance.
