The staff were really friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The store was clean and organized from what I saw. I was greeted and immediately guided to the waiting area for my eye exam. Dr. Jake was super nice and friendly, and answered any questions I had. Shahnaz was the salesperson who helped me post eye exam. She brought out a couple options of frames, and was consistently checking up on me while I was browsing. She answered any questions I had about pricing and insurance which was super helpful. Overall, had a really great experience at this LensCrafters.

This Lens Crafters is the absolute BEST. Cloyde and Lay were hands down the best people ever to have sold me glasses. I will never purchase glasses from anywhere else. Hands down the best time I’ve ever had purchasing glasses. Please come - you will not be disappointed. Their professionalism and care is wonderful. Enrica did an amazing job training this team!

Dr. Rana, Joseph, Nae and the whole staff were wonderful — very friendly and knowledgeable. I made a same-day appointment and felt that I was in good hands the entire time. Dr. Rana took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I will definitely be back!

Jenn was incredible. She helped me find the right glasses, lenses and was so friendly through the whole process. She also helped me find a discount through my insurance which got the price down on the frames by $100! I could not recommend her enough. Ask for Jenn!!

Nicest people working at this store! I have walked in on several occasions to get lenses put in my frames or simply have my frames adjusted and they are always helpful and lovely. I also think they’ve improved their prices for lenses - just got lenses for $310 put into my new frames. Won’t go anywhere else moving forward!
