Darleen was amazing and very helpful. She was able to repair my favorite sunglasses! She was also very accommodating and willing to answer any questions I had. Today I learned that my sunglasses have custom parts, were likely not meant to be repaired, and may not be long for this world due to signs of metal fatigue, so I will cherish the time I have left with them! Awesome business! The gentleman working fixed the nose supports for my glasses on the spot and didn't even charge me. So grateful for his kindness. The store was well stocked and was very organized.

I was given time to browse frames on my own, then Sheila helped me find the perfect glasses for the shape of my face. Sheila also compared store discounts vs my insurance coverage to determine which would be cheaper for me. Everything went smoothly and I had a great experience at this location.

They don’t make the glasses in store anymore it’s gonna take you 2 weeks to get them. They also have no doctor… this place makes no sense and the lady in the front who does glasses is SOOOO rude… I will never be going back to this place needed new glasses in a pinch and it’s been a week and a half and I’m still legally blind… if I could give them 0 stars I would
