This was my first time ever being fitted for progressive lenses, and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. Mrs. Vinette made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the process step by step so I understood how progressive lenses work. She was very patient and precise while taking my measurements, making sure everything was perfectly aligned for my vision. You can really tell she cares about getting it right for her customers. Monchelle, Laya, Michelle were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I went in to get my glasses fixed. Both of my arms fell off because the screws came out. I was greeted immediately after walking in. They were all so friendly and welcoming. Monchelle fixed my glasses and adjusted the arms to frame my face much better. Her service was excellent and speedy. They all engaged in friendly conversation with me and made my experience so amazing! I will always return to this location!

I went last Friday February 20 2026 and I thought I had received good service. It completely slipped my mind that I'm using progressive lenses. I called and left a message to get this get my prescription fixed. I haven't received a callback. I just called again and it's sound as if my number was blocked.

I hadn’t been to LensCrafters in years, but my recent experience confirmed that returning was a great choice. The customer service was excellent from check-in to the exam with the doctor and through checkout. Every team member was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. Overall, it was a truly great experience, and I would definitely recommend LensCrafters.
