I had such an awesome experience at the Fairfield Commons Mall location. I was getting new glasses following a surgery to restore vision I had lost from a tumor. I got to work with Sam who was amazing. He was so patient and understanding of my situation. And I had new insurance that I wasn’t familiar with, but Sam was able to explain all my benefits and direct me on how to get the best use of them. He even helped me pick out a great pair of frames that look great on me. So a huge shout out to Sam for being so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

Wonderful service from everyone there. I had an issue with one of my lenses falling out and they were always happy and ready to help me with it. When it became clear that the cut on the lens was making it difficult to put back into my frames, and the slight displacement was causing issues, they ordered a new lens that would be easier to work with at no extra cost. I've had no issues after they put the new lens in, and im very happy with the results.

This place provides a perfect retail experience- from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. Each part of the visit you are met with professional people who make it their job to deliver excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone I meet. Great job!

I've been to get my glasses fixed (simple screw issue) and they did it free of charge and quickly, my second time visiting was for my girlfriend's glasses and it was sam who helped me again (another screw issue) very quickly. Friendly environment, smiles on every staff members face and quick service. 10/10 guys
