Have gone to this location for my annual eye exam two years in a row. I love that they print out the result for you to keep. First time I went the eye doc was virtual and the second time the doc was in person. Both times I was offered great info and feedback.

Shantell was great! Very thorough and helpful throughout the process of purchasing my lenses. Also willing to go the extra mile.

Johan and the staff members; I forgot to ask their names were extremely fun to converse with. Johan answered all my questions clearly concerning using my insurance and what options would save me the most money . The atmosphere is very nice in the store and the staff seek to make personal connections with the customers. I greatly appreciate it

Disorganized mess. Made an appointment for 9 am on a Saturday. Received a call from someone named Trinity the day before (Friday) asking me to move my appointment to “anytime but 9” so I selected 1 pm. When I arrive, there was no record of my appointment. I was asked to sit and wait while they figured out if I could be seen. 20 minutes later, the same employee approached and asked if I needed assistance. After explaining once that I was there for my appointment and that we had literally just spoke, I was informed that the appointment slot was given in error and I could not be seen today. Total waste of my time.

Called in to get inquire about purchasing 2 pair of meta glasses. I arrived and was not helped for over 45 minutes. People arrived after me to pick up glasses and were served. Manager watched it all. Insane. Finally got assistance and it was not helpful. The sales person was not knowledgeable, helpful or empathetic to how I was treated. Couldn’t event tell me about the warranty.
