I am disappointed! This was our first time to this LensCrafters location and walked in excited to get my son’s new glasses. I did do my homework on the website before coming in and had a pair of glasses and lenses already picked out but I wanted my son to try them on before purchasing so I figured since the promotion said online and in store we’d go in person for a more personal experience. On the website it says 50% off lenses with the purchase of frames online and in store. I spoke to someone which happened to be the store manager (a guy) and was going to move forward with the purchase however the price for lenses was higher in store for the same exact thing.
