Ms. Michelle .M at LENSCRAFTERS Annapolis Mall was amazing to say the least. She walked me through every phase of picking out my new Favorite pair of glasses even going as far as to submit a special order to insure I was going home with the pair I genuinely loved instead of something I would settle for. I can’t recommend her enough. The entire staff is genuinely pleasant and eager to assist. Doctor Taylor has a wonderful chair-side manner he is attentive and reassuring answered all my questions and even took the time to educate me on some facts about my eyes I was not aware of 10/10 would recommend. Overall amazing experience.
