She really listened to what I was looking for and helped me choose the best glasses that fit both my style and budget. Her customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. On top of that, she has a very pleasant personality that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Michelle was soooooo amazing, super helpful & patient. What I wanted initially wasn’t in the store & she was able to find perfect pairs to replace. I even had to leave & come back & she still was more than willing to help. Michelle also booked the eye exam for me! I can’t wait for her to help me find my next pair!

Being older with new eye issues and wearing hearing aids and now wearing eyewear is a challenge.
