I’ve been seeing Dr. Grover and the pa’s here for about 30 years and they’ve always given me the best of care. During that time there’s been a couple issues with my medical insurance. The staff has always been front and center making sure the insurance gets my claims processed. I like that Dr. Grover handles many issues in office that other doctors refer out for. During my 30 years seeing Dr. Grover, I did leave at one point to go to a doctor that was closer to my job. He referred out for everything. It didn’t take long for me to return to Lehigh Valley Family Practice. They know who their patients are, you’re treated as an individual, not a number and they take their time with you, answering questions to make sure you understand what’s going on with your health. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease in an uneasy situation. Dr Ritwik Grover was excellent. He is up to date on the latest techniques and procedures. I highly recommend him and his practice.

I really like the bedside manner of Drs. Grover and Dr. Lazar, but there seems to be a typical lack of communication. They are ultra nice in the office, but I always end up somewhere else with an astronomical bill for something they recommend--like $360 for blood work or $400 for an EKG. I keep saying that I don't have that kind of money, but they just do the thing and then the bills come rolling in. I went to see Dr. Lazar in December and after blood work, her office called and said that she would recommend medicine, but guess what? That was 4 months ago and I still haven't heard back. I guarantee they are going to tell me to make another appointment so that I can get the script and they can bill my insurance and myself again. Lately i have been treated by pa Shirley Wong, who has been doing a great job. She always gives me thorough explanation of my treatment options and she's always willing to spend more time to make sure all my questions are answered. She seems to genuinely care about her patients ..

As others have stated, the medical staff is good but the front of house is pretty bad. It's not uncommon to wait 30 minutes or more to be seen for a 6:45am appointment. Wasting my time is not appreciated. Update 2018-06-06 Received a call from the office informing me of a test result for a test I never submitted. Now this calls into question any results I've received verbally from the office staff. We're they relating my result or someone else's? I understand that mistakes happen, but when lives and HIPAA are at stake, please be more careful.
