I become anxious going to the dentist. This was my initial visit at this dental office. The office staff greeted me friendly. The dentist was gentle with me and my teeth. X-rays were done but cameras were used also so when I had my consultation for the work that needed to be done, I saw actual pictures and not just X-rays. The dentist explained about the service that I would need. I was impressed.

Wonderful office. We used to be patients, but left, but I do still recommend this location to others. They have quality cleaning appointments and do put the time and effort to care for their patients. I wish there was a pediatric dentist to round off the care. Sometimes little kids do better with a focus on their particular needs. But certainly this is good for most families. If we get different insurance we will be back.

My experience here has been generally okay, but due to a few recurring issues, I’m going to be switching practices. My appointment times were changed on 2 occasions, by 15 minutes automatically. No one actually checked if I could come 15 minutes earlier or later, I just received a text the time changed, and I had to call them. The open layout, with one large room and half-walls, offers very little privacy. You can easily see other patients, hear conversations at checkout, and it can feel uncomfortable. I also found it unusual to be told that X-rays are “supposed to hurt a little.” The cleanings themselves were inconsistent. My first was gentle, but the second was more rough, and there was some confusing upselling of additional services. I have not needed any services beyond basic preventat

I am not one to write reviews but I have never felt such wrong doing in a long time! I have United Healthcare employer insurance. I called Lehigh Family Dentistry to make my almost 3 year old's, first dental appointment, in which they confirmed they accepted my insurance, after running my member ID. The visit was quick and Dr. Gandhi was nice and informative. When it came time to pay, I was told I had a high deductible and the preventive care visit was $89. Im a Medicare insurance agent myself, for over 6 years. Anyone knows that preventive care isn't subject to deductible, its 100% free. I paid, against my better judgement after waiting for some length of time to run insurance checks. When i left, i called my insurance carrier Unitedhealthcare myself. everyone is very kind and understanding, from the friendly front desk people to the techs and dr. patel herself. as nerve-wracking as i find dentist appointments they always try to put me at ease. excellent service and excellent dental care.
