Never had a bad experience in the many years I go to office. I started when Dr Drabick and Dr Chaputa were practicing together in Fullerton. Many thanks to drs and staff.

Dr. Drabick and his staff are the best! I have been going to their practice for many, many years and have always been very pleased. Most recently, I had an eye injury, and they went out of their way to see me quickly and provide me with the necessary care. I am so grateful to them for the quality of care they provide.

I tried to make an appointment but didn't get a good feeling from the girl who answered the phone. She sounded overwhelmed and as if I were bothering her. She said it takes too long to set up a new patient appointment and she would get back to me by 6pm at the end of the next day. The optometrist there might be great but by the sound of the girl at the front desk I didn't think it sounded like a place I would want to go to and told her I'll go elsewhere. First impression is the last impression.

Update: I still say dr. Klinger was excellent with my son. The downfall to this place is that it took almost 4 weeks to get his glasses in and then when they broke I couldn’t be told for sure If they were covered under warranty or not. I’m still waiting for that phone call. They are not very prompt about anything, I ended up just getting the script and going somewhere else for glasses because I can’t have him wait another 4 weeks. Dr. Klinger was excellent with my 3 year old. They are not a pediatric eye doctor but he did great working with my son! He was patient and very kind. We will defiantly be going back to him!

Dr. Drabick and Dr. Klinger are both very knowledgeable Optometrists and caring as well of their patients. The staff are pleasant and helpful also. There is a nice optical with a knowledgeable Certified Optician- Jean who has 25+ years experienced. There is also an Ocularist, Joseph LeGrand - who does the best prosthetic eyes I have ever seen. He takes wonderful pride in his workmanship and care of his patients as well. Highly recommend this Optometric Practice and they take NVA, VSP, VBA, and Medicare insurances.
