Legacy Urgent Care-St Helens

I am legally blind and hearing impaired. My right eye has a large MH and scotoma. I've had 4 surgeries in the last 2 years on my left eye, destroying the optic nerve causing scar tissue. The IOL cannot be replaced.I'm looking at one more surgery and then possibly removing the eyeball. I went to urgent care for a rash Sunday. I paid $45. Co pay, it was the worst treatment by the nurse practitione I've ever had. She was rude, short tempered, messed up my medications and had her medical assistant hand me a piece of paper telling me how to do the meds, I can't read it.The pharmacist read it to me.This is the best legacy can do. If she hates her job, why doesn't she find something else to do?I question legacies integrity

I've been in a couple times as has my wife. We've had good experiences every time. They do as much as they can based on the services they provide there, stitches, antibiotics, etc. Wait time is never too long.

Everyone there was fantastic. I have a weird insurance that usually throws people for a loop. The two ladies at the front desk figured it out and we're super nice.

We came in on a Saturday to get an x-ray. The nurse practitioner. was extremely rude and raising her voice at My Husband and being completely unprofessional. And very argumentative

I read the reviews about long waits and have to say it was not bad. I did show up an hour before opening and EVERYONE i encountered in the office was so incredibly pleasant and friendly i couldn't believe it. Yes, the entire exam, x-ray etc. took to 2 hours but not bad given todays shortness of wonderfully trained hero's that are there to help us, never forget that and bring a book. "-)
