Service is terrible at this clinic. Doctors treat patients like "cash cow" and the people that work at the front have no idea about insurance and processes. I had an issue w/billing and I called the clinic a few times and each time they will give me wrong information! I asked to talk to the clinic manager, Christi, and she had no clue how things work and said she will call me back! It has been over a month and she's yet to call back! If you can drive to Hillsboro or Beaverton, you will find more competent people and better doctors.

Unfortunately this is the only place I'm permitted to go to for primary care and their appointment availability and amount of time a patient has to wait to be seen by a provider is just ridiculous!! It took me almost a year to get in to see a PCP. Had one appointment with Dr. Brown, and 30 days later received a notice telling me he was leaving and I would need to call to get established with another PCP there. I Called to get an appointment and its another two month wait just to get in! Thankfully the surgeon who recently operated on me has taken charge of my prescriptions because I wouldn't have the meds I desperatly need on a daily basis to help prevent blood clots, let alone any of the other medications I need at the moment. I’m caught in the middle with this one… my regular physician is amazing, she listens to my concerns and helps me find solutions every time although she is very busy. Most the time my nurse is super sweet very talkative, other times my nurses are cold and detached… I don’t mind this as I’m not there to see the nurse. As soon as I told my care team exactly what I wanted to accomplish they jumped at the chance to help me running tests asking questions recommending specialists ect… my last physician was dismissive rude and treated me as if I was a child (I’ve always hated that) so after switching to my current physician o can say I am much happier as well as my mental health coordinator she’s great (totally should be a therapist) the staff is also very friendly when checking in for my appointm

Melissa Quill is who I had seen for my new pcp! I do love her and she’s so kind !!! I felt listened too and felt important! Her medical assistant was a rock star and so very kind too! Love my choice to come here!!!

I would give negative stars!!! I went in for left flank pain. Had a urinalysis done & a abdominal palpitations were given. PA Bridget Marick spent no more than a minute with me, then tells me infront of my 8 year old son that “I would hate for your Son to lose you, given you’re a single Mom” umm excuse me?? She then repeated this. I quickly left when my son in tow because he looked like he had his soul leave his body. He began to dry heave in my car. So not only did I get zero answers, or even attempts to give any answers . She scared my son to death. She also said “take him with you to the ER , just bring his tablet with him.” Again , what???! One of the worst days of my life.
