Legacy Pharmacy - Montrose

Love legacy clinic but the pharmacy needs a lot of work. I think maybe it's time to replace the manager and go from thete.my prescription is suppose to be automatically refilled but never is. So I call and order it through the auto service but for some reason they never get it.i called a week after I ordered it and they said they never got the order.Also when you call to talk to someone the machine tells you your wait is less then 2 minutes but you end up waiting 30 to 45 minutes before anyone answers..someone needs to overall this pharmacy or I guess I need to transfer somewhere else

I love this neighborhood pharmacy. Ive been using them for several years. They have a great app to request snd check the status of your script. Everyone is so friendly. Very well run. 100% recommend.

Excellent customer service!! Low, low prices!! The wait is never long!! They will deliver your medication for free!! They will work with you on price to be certain you get the care you need!! I have so much love and respect for Legacy Community Health and I am partial to the Montrose location!! Although, I have received top notch customer service at other locations, as well! I cannot say enough to express my gratitude for Legacy Community Health!! They only hire the most kind and helpful people!! Thank you, Legacy!!

While the cost at the pharmacy is low, communicating with staff when not in person is impossible. The phone goes unanswered, and if the app is tried the messages are also ignored. Regularly have issues getting meds filled on time and when I need them, requiring talking to them in person and requiring extended waits for them to actually fill them. If you can afford another option, use it.

THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE LEGACY PHARMACY Terrible service! I came in at 9:23 a.m. to pick up my prescription, and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. It’s now 11:00 a.m., and I’ve been waiting outside for over an hour and a half. When I went back inside to ask, they said it’s still not ready. There are plenty of staff here, but what are they even doing? The attitude from the employees is rude and unhelpful. I wouldn’t mind waiting longer if they were respectful and professional, but the way they handle customers is just disgusting. They really need to hire staff with better attitudes — if they can’t handle working in a pharmacy, they should stop hiring incompetent people. Bringing Legacy name down
