Legacy Oral & Facial Surgery - Morganton

I recently had two teeth removed by Dr. Newworth from Legacy Oral. The doctor and the staff made the procedure very comfortable. They were very accommodating. I’m disabled and they help me get in and out the chair. The doctor had a great sense of humor and the staff were top-notch. They were so friendly. I wish I knew their names. I do remember one name Ro she stayed with me the entire time you can tell the staff truly care there was another nurse. I don’t know her name, but she was wiping sweat off my head while the doctor was pulling my teeth. Dr. Neuwirth called me that evening to check on me. I really appreciate all those things . I was really nervous about the experience but the whole staff made it a pleasurable one thank you so much. Definitely recommend to anyone. Mark H

My son had some dental work done by Dr.Brown and his staff was amazing. We came across a small problem and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were fast and very informative they whole way through. Highly recommend these guys!!

After breaking two of my teeth I visited Legacy upon many recommendations for the best oral surgeons in the area. And I am beyond impressed with this practice! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Denise helped me so much with the paperwork process and the pre and post procedure instructions. Casey and Sterling did a phenomenal job with my scans and prepping me for the procedure. They also made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen and were very friendly. Dr. Neuwirth was exceptional with his work. It was extremely fast and pain free. He routinely checked on me and made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. It was over before I realized it and I couldn’t believe how quickly they got everything done. They were terrible. Everyone from every department I dealt with was rude and condescending. I went with myself and my 3 children to have our wisdom teeth removed. They didn't explain anything that would happen. One of my kids was very worried about the whole process and they barely even acknowledged his presence. They didn't even try to put him at ease at all. They acted like I should be grateful they take Medicaid. During the actual surgery no one said anything to me any of us at all. They just called us back pointed to a chair and stick a needle in us. It was the same for all of us. They didn't explain what they were doing or anything. It was a terrible and transaction event for my children. The doctor called me and my girl "honey" despite me asking him not to. Don't go here. Your better

I am 3 days after post surgery with Dr. Brown and his staff and I couldn't be more pleased at the job they performed. I had 27 teeth extracted with sinus surgery to remove some roots that was in the canals, The morning I went in it was lay down, give me your arm for the IV and I was out I don't even remember getting in the car to come home or getting out of the car to walk in my house...pain has been sort of bearable and he gave me a round of pain pills for the worse days, they was alot of swelling and I am brused but i'd say he had trouble with those teeth is why...They was 1 receptionist I DID NOT LIKE AT ALL other than that the rest of the staff I couldn't have asked to be treated any better thank you dr. brown for giving me a good outlook on my life once again. sincerely Connie C
