Legacy Medical Group-Cardiology at Mount Hood

Let me start by saying that I really like Dr. Pacini and the attention he gave me during my visit. However, his medical assistant, managers and receptionist are the worst. I saw Dr. Pacini on September 30 and he ordered an ECHO for me. He said “they” would need to get approval from my insurance company and once obtained, would call me to set up the appointment. Here it is, October 19, and I still haven’t heard one word from his assistant. I have left 3 messages for him and a message each to 2 of the managers asking that someone call me back to update me on the status because my insurance is really quick with authorizations. Each time I call, I let the receptionist know my concern and frustration but all she does is transfer me to a voicemail. I’m left to believe that they aren’t int

I had to go to the emergency room for shortness of breath on a recent Saturday. They did tests and the ER doctor told me to follow up Monday with my cardiologist Dr. Nigro who I had had only one phone appointment with. I spoke to the scheduler named Nick who did everything he possibly could to make sure that I could NOT follow up. He said Dr. Nigro has no appointments at all. Nothing. He said he could give me a PA appointment but not until Dec 30!! I would never recommend anyone go here! Horrible care!

Took my teenage daughter for an appt. Had my 4yo daughter with me. Go to check in and rude girl at counter says children arnt allowed in the cardiology waiting room. And basically said we had to leave. Only other area was the tiny hallway. So had to sit in the car with a 4yo for over an hour. Horrible customer service. By the way did i mention its december 16th and 36 degrees. Wouldnt recomend this place to anyone!

I have been seeing Dr. Pacini since 4/19. I have found not only him but the whole staff to be excellent to work with. Hats off ti Nick, Skye, and Breyer.

You can't schedule an appointment because they never answer their phone.
