Everyone (all staff) was welcoming, caring, attentive, and thorough. Space was very clean. Access for appointment was easy. Location was nearby. Treatment made sense. Complete notes and aftercare made sense. Smooth transition from Urgent Care to pharmacy pick up.

Have come and had great service with some providers and with other providers awful service. Came in for an urgent medication side effect issue and the PA Jared said urgent care can’t help with that, even if it needs emergent attention. I asked simply if we needed tapering instructions to stop the med, as it’s unsafe to simply stop many medications without tapering. He said that only the ER or primary care doctor can do that. I work in health care and called his bluff: absolutely urgent care providers can provide that information and many that I’ve personally worked in do exactly that. We made the appointment for first thing in the morning, after the MA ran it by the NP the previous evening and they said they could help with this issue. The doctor was amazing. Friendly and reassuring. The staff that checked me in were very nice. I did not have more than a twenty minute wait.

I feel like finally I have answers and I have someone an idea of what’s going on with my infection. The assistant Slater even showed my son how to wrap my legs properly. I think I found my new urgent care place.

I was here visiting my daughter from MN. I had a very painful & sleepless night. They took care of me very quickly. Gave me an antibiotic for my diverticulitis infection. Improved immediately!
