Worked sterile process tech for 2 weeks and walked out . Traveling Educator sabotaged trays by placing extra instruments in trays, her way of teaching ?! When instruments were caught and taken out she seemed disappointed. She set people up to fail . Instead of her checking entire tray like she was supposed to , this was easier for her to place one instrument inside to see if you would catch it, easier for her .
