Place is great but if your a few mins late it’s like they can’t even see you I was less then 8 Mins Late traffic was bad . Been going here since 2016 and this is the first problem I have had so far.

Sarah Dedrick is amazing, had her for years for my daughter when we found out she had celiac disease. Had my son a little over a year ago and always request her for him as well. Wait time on the phone is a pain for scheduling but other than that I've had zero issues here. Making appointments inside is a breeze. Felt like I had to leave my appreciation and positive thoughts because this place is rated so low for some reason. I'm happy with it

This practice has changed so much since first joining. The same Dr that I established with when my son was born 16 yrs ago is still Here. Dr Kevern is who we see now, and I can tell you if he leaves I’ll find a new practice. Front desk staff - NO. They have developed this “use the iPad for check in” which takes the work and honestly that rapport with patients. What if I don’t have a phone, or my 80 yr old grandma, doesn’t have the slightest idea how to use a phone to check in. Even checking out is, no comforting, caring nothing. The lady didn’t even want to go back or send a teams chat to confirm my sons medication was sent to the pharmacy for me. She was extremely bothered having to get up and walk back there. While the doctors do seem knowledgeable and the front staff is kind, the overall experience at this office has been incredibly disappointing. Over the last 6 years, my wife has had 6 check ups and I have had one appointment. Out of these 7 appointments, 5 of them have required me or my wife to reach out to both the physicians group and the insurance provider to deal with erroneous invoicing. Wait times have always been atrocious. With our last visit, I've had enough. After waiting for 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, my wife went to the exam room only to wait another half hour for the doctor to arrive. After ten minutes of exam, my wife leaves. We were billed for all 40 minutes of the time she spent in the exam room, and their staff have not been willing to discuss t

Do yourself a favor and find a better doctor. There are too many good ones out there to waste time with docs who treat you like you're wasting theirs. I saw Dr Barnard who clearly couldn't care less about my concerns. The man interrupted me about 5 times when he thought he heard enough (maybe I'd understand if I was one of those people who talk so much you can't get a word in, but I'm not and I wasn't). I called my wife after and she said she had a different doctor at this same office but the same experience. On the plus side, the nurses and techs were awesome.
