Lee's Pharmacy

As a prescriber, IKE is the WORST pharmacist I have ever encountered. A patient had a dental emergency while at his (other) home in Utah, and this guy called me a day after the prescription was called in, giving me the 3rd degree! I gave him my NPI and office address, and he starts quizzing me on why I'm calling in a premed antibiotic in Utah when my office is in PA! None of your business dude!!! The patient needed it to be seen for an emergency while he was in UT- I'm his regular dentist. He needed the antibiotic before being seen for the emergency. But this is none of his business! This guy was way out of his zone, and as a result my patient has transferred all of his prescriptions to another pharmacy. AVOID at all costs.

Despite the lees website saying that the pharmacy uses goodrx, I found out the hard way they did not when I went to use it to get a prescription cheaper. They do not accept any discount cards. I was told they have their own discount system that checks their system for any discounts, and that's all they can use. The head pharmacist was nice enough to try and help me send the prescription to somewhere else where it would be cheaper, which is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 3. As well as lees is a smaller chain and locally owned in Heber city if you want to support local I think earns a star for that reason alone.

Pharmacy is absolutely pathetic. We went for my daughter to have a strep test done and they wouldn’t do it. Their reason for not wanting to do it was because she was the only one there. But we were the only customer. Super rude lady who had major attitude from the beginning. We will never go there again.

I really appreciate Russ at the pharmacy for helping me out today. He was very kind and helpful when I needed a strep test. Also everything I got was reasonably priced.

Was going to Walgreens … what a nightmare. At Lee’s, the people are so friendly, when I call you aren’t put on hold for a half hour, there is no screw ups …. It’s a pleasure.
