Came in for a consultation for dentures. Going to see staff a lot the next three months. My first impressions of staff was a A+. They were extremely helpful as to what the procedure would be like, and what cost would approximately be once we got started with the extractions.

The office got me an appointment quickly because I had a dental emergency. Dr Bowles was gentle and calming. He explained the steps he was taking. The procedure was painless. I would recommend this dental practice.

I would like to give a good recommendation for the service but I ultimately cannot do that. I had changed to this dental office with my entire family to have a better service than the previous office we were at. I feel very disappointed on how they are doing services without authorization because they did a service on me for maintenance and they did not ask for authorization or did not bother to tell me. The thing is it's that the services are nearly identical to my old dental office yet the insurance tells me it's a different service that isn't covered yet I'm being given the same service. There is no logical explanation from their office and I feel very disappointed from those experiences.

Dr. Bowles was remarkably thorough in his discussion with me about options for addressing my concerns. As consultations go, this was extraordinary. I look forward to following up with him as I continue to have TRD provide for my ongoing dental care.

As always, I had a fantastic experience at Timberridge. The staff is amazing and I always leave knowing that I have been well taken care of.
