Lee & Pickels Drugs

We switched to this pharmacy about 2 weeks ago this was possibly a big mistake I have spent more time on the phone in the past week and a half because they cannot do their job. I have spoken with two pharmacists I think the owner for resolutions and they still mess up. I can't seem to get anything through to the people that answer the phone nobody communicates. The driver drives around does what he wants to and delivers our medicine to the other pharmacy on Troupville Rd instead of delivering them to my house which he clearly passes to get to that pharmacy and then no one doesn't even call and tell me they're there I just had to figure out on my own. I thought had already addressed this once it's happened again. It's like nobody gives a flip up there I'm not sure what they have going on bu

Lee & Pickels is a wonderful place. The people are friendly and very helpful. We were traveling and needed a prescription called in from our health care provider. Lee & Pickels gad received the script, but had not processed it, yet. They told us it would be about 15-20 minutes while they worked through their list. About 6 minutes went by, and we had the script in our hands. The other thing was they were closing within the hour for the holiday. We never felt like we were an inconvenience or being rushed in any way. Great experience. Quitman, GA is well taken care of by Lee & Pickels.

Watch their prices!!!! An OTC item was 7x more here than what I normally pay. They had a sticker on it with a handwritten price. Ridiculous. One of the pharmacy techs was concerned with me about the price and the other didn't care.

Over priced and will only fill prescriptions they want to through insurance. Why can Walmart or Walgreens or Any other pharmacy fill testosterone through insurance but they can't. Tell me insurance don't cover pleasure meds. You have to pay cash......nope..... Testosterone is a medical condition. Not a pleasure drug like class 1 narcotics have become. It don't add up....just saying.
