Dr. Gent had taken care of my animals for the past 30+ years, and cared for my parents pets longer than that! Gent and Staff are amazing, very caring, and will help anyway they can during hard times. They really have become part of the family rather than just "our pet's Doctor".

Dr. Gent took great care of my little dog Wiley when I took him in for a dental examination and tooth extraction. I was quite nervous at first having never been here before but the Dr. Did a great job explaining the processes and aftercare. Great communication. He is now a much happier pup and I am forever grateful to this vet for his work.

Diane , the lady at the registration desk and the first person you see, is always so nice, professional, and helpful. I have been using this veterinarian for years, since he opened. Diane has been there since opening. I always feel relief when I show up with a sick puppy and I see her. She has comforted me through deaths of my pets and reassured me when I go in with a new animal.

Do not take your pet here! I took my dying cat here for euthanasia and besides the staff being very unfriendly and unprofessional, one of the ladies there handled my cat with such disrespect and compassion that I was appalled! The place was trashy, unclean and unsanitary. Trash was piled up everywhere and the nasty attitudes of the workers matched the place perfectly. This place need to be shut down immediately!

It's time for this establishment to retire. I simply went in for a copy of rabies and to reschedule appointment. The moment I walk through the door I felt like I was being accosted and talked down to. I was accused of losing paperwork and asked if I could read. We've only taken our dog there a couple times and this was my first visit in. I got all records and will not return. Sometimes. You just have to know when you're burnt out and it's time to throw in the towel. This place should have hung it up years ago.
