Abingdon Dental Arts - Dr. Michael Doty and Dr. Jalen Sykes

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and they’re truly the best. I first saw Dr. Doty and now see Dr. Sykes, and they’re both very knowledgeable and caring. The office is incredibly efficient, the environment is clean and updated, and the atmosphere is always calm and welcoming. They have a wonderful team (I see Becky as my hygienist), scheduling is easy (Morgan is great!), and the level of service is truly exceptional. Last year, I experienced a dental complication related to my immune system, and they went above and beyond to make sure I received care. If I’m going to the dentist twice a year for the rest of my life (plus additional visits for fillings, crowns, etc.), I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am new to the area and my wife had found Abingdon Dental Arts and was able to quickly schedule an appointment. She really liked Dr. Sykes and Becky so I scheduled an appointment and was able to get in within a couple of days due to a cancellation. Very nice office with modern equipment. Becky did a great job with initial X-rays and photos and then cleaning my teeth. Frequent pauses to explain each step of the process, asked if I had any questions, and ensured I was comfortable. Dr. Sykes was enthusiastic and took time to assess my current condition, detail a couple of issues, and then options to address each one. I am very happy with Dr. Sykes and the staff at Abingdon Dental Arts. They have done great work on some complicated dental procedures that I needed, and have neen incredibly helpful and responsive. Today they fit me in for an emergency crown repair with 30 minutes notice, and got me fixed up and back to my day way faster than I expected! I really value this team and trust them to do great work, and prioritize my health, comfort, and even work around my schedule. They're fantastic!

My dental hygienist, Becca was absolutely wonderful!!! Very thorough and walked me through everything she was doing. Dr. Doty was great. Such a kind man. The girls up front were so sweet. I recommend this practice 100%

I am not the best dental patient.But with Becky as my hygienist and Doc Doty as my dentist for the past 15, 20 years or more, I have become much more relaxed, confident and hopefully a better patient with each visit. Along with great care, they provide guidance, honesty, fairness and even lovely conversation. 😊
