Lee Health Convenient Care - Metro Pkwy

Here is my story: went for heavy menstrual bleeding got check in around 1:30pm front staff awesome no problem there triage the best. The problem started when I went into this hallway and got sat on a chair there to be attended. A doctor came forgot his name he had me pull my pants down to my pubic area in the hallway mind u not where other patients walk pass by for a 3 sec ultrasound to se if I had fibroids. To me that was unprofessional firstly. He said he was going to prescribe birth control to stop the bleeding and refer me to a gynecologist. 1hour later a nurse came by did a pregnancy test took my vitals she was really nice Briana, I asked if there were labs anything she said there was nothing on the chart. So she went to see what was going to be done I did not see her like 3hours lat

Amanda Dennis a nurse practitioner drained my son’s mother’s voil today. Had the worst bedside manner possible, very condescending, and completely didn’t care about how she felt was rough and unnecessary while draining it keep lancing using scissor prongs to keep pulling open and really did a horrible job. Did not care and was beyond rude.

How this place only had 3.9 rating is beyond me. Everyone we encountered while there was amazing. From checking, checking out and everything in between. This is the best urgent care I have ever been to by far. Who ever is in charge of hire did a great job. We highly recommend Lee Health for your health related issues. A+++

Went into this facility without an appointment yesterday 1/13 and was met immediately entering the doors by a friendly check in clerk. After the check in, maybe waited 20 mins to go in and see the ARNP. My vitals were done by a great professional and so was the testing done to rule out covid and the flu A and B. The ARNP had great bedside manner. I'm horrible with names so can't remember them all. But overall a great experience at this location from start to finish.

Very good experience today. Signed up on-line prior to walking in. Check-in was extremely pleasant and timely. Ran several flu-type tests and had results before we left. We weren’t even there an hour! From what I experienced today I was very impressed and would highly recommend. Thank you for taking care of us!
