Lee Convenient Care - Page Field

Today we had to stop at the Lee Convenient Care facility for an x-ray as a result of a fall and possible broken bone and pain in raising arm. Immediately after walking in I was greeted by a friendly reception staff and given an ice pack and register into the system as I was from out of state. I only had a 5 minute wait until a nurse took vitals and reviewed medications within 10 minutes I saw the doctor and x-rays were taking faster than I have ever experienced at hospitals. The doctor identified the condition and after being fitted with a sling I was on my way within an hour. I was blown away with the concern and fast clockwork efficiency of each person I saw. A great facility and pleasant experience throughout.

couldn’t be more thankful to the staff here. from the ladies who helped checked me in, Tyra who did my triage and was so kind, my PA Angela was very helpful and compassionate, Ruth who helped irrigate my congested ears and eased my anxiety, every single individual on this team had such wonderful rapport and compassion with me. got me in, out and resolved quickly but thoroughly! thank you so much for all that you do!

My husband and I have come to this location many times. We will never go to another urgent care again. This Lee Health facility is fabulous. Everyone is super friendly. We get in and out quickly. I highly recommend this location.

I walked in over a week ago and was seen by the doctor. After I explained what was going on he checked my eyes and explained the possible cause of what was happening to me. I was given a prescription with a few days off and I was on my way. Today I received a notification in MyChart that I have a balance of $188.98 from the visit, after my insurance payment of $133.02. So I was charged $322 for the doctor's visit. I did not receive any form of medicine or have any tests done apart from checking my eyes and my vitals! To make matters worse I called in to query my bill today and spoke to Esther, who lacks empathy, and should not be speaking with customers/patients in a healthcare facility, due to her poor customer service skills. Didn't have covid nor the flu and their nurse practitioner knew of my immune system issue sent me home with no antibiotics. She was a horrible nurse practitioner not listening to the patient. And I developed fevers since yesterday all day in bed with high fevers
