I had been dealing with persistent shoulder pain that was significantly impacting my daily activities and hobbies. Dr. Lebauer took the time to really understand the root cause of my injury and developed a bespoke plan to get me back to doing the things I love. As an active person I am extremely grateful to have him as a resource.

As someone who lifts weights four times a week, I was frustrated when knee pain started hindering my mobility and my progress. For about 18 months, I dithered and rested, relying on my coaches' (excellent) modifications and a round of physical therapy at a clinic that will remain unnamed here while my pain persisted. Dr LeBauer was my last attempt to solve a nagging shoulder issue before considering surgery. Not only is the pain gone, but I have a range of motion I haven’t had since I was a teenager. I came to Dr. LeBauer with a painful, achy shoulder, along with discomfort running down my side and into my mid-back. I had limited range of motion, reduced strength, and nothing I tried on my own was helping. Because I rely heavily on my shoulder for my job and daily life, I needed to address the issue before it got worse. After just one session, I had more mobility, relief from the constant ache, and a few simple exercises that took only 10 minutes a day—no long, overwhelming lists. I went to LeBauer Physical Therapy for issues with my back. They were able to work with me and show me the correct way to do physical activities I was doing at the gym. Turns out I was doing my squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc all wrong. They were able to determine where in my back my pain was coming from and used their magical touch to work out my issues in my hip and back. I strongly recommend them. They will work with you until they have figured out where your pain is coming from and how to prevent it in the future!
