I had an excellent experience at League City Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics with Dr. Kelsea Kellumen. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The office was clean, organized, and efficient, and my appointment started on time. Dr. Kellumen has exceptional bedside manners. She truly listens, explains everything clearly, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were addressed with care and expertise. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. If you are looking for compassionate, high-quality dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Kelsea Kellumen and her team.

I returned to complete fillings from a previous visit, and the experience was exceptionally pleasant, efficient, and smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Kellumen and her team for their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire process was seamless and thorough, all of my questions were clearly addressed, and Dr. Kellumen was incredibly patient throughout. Overall, a 10/10 experience.

The oral surgeon had to put me to sleep to pull 2 of my teeth. The surgeon and his team were great! They made sure I was comfortable and understood their process. For them I would give a 4 star. They told me I need to pick up some prescriptions at Walgreens that they had called in for me. Walgreens never received any orders from them and this was done on Friday, and the office is closed on weekends! So on Monday I called and talked to the staff and he told he would call me back. No call back ever came. So on Tuesday I called again and she said she would call me back within an hour. No call back ever came. Today is Wednesday and I will try again. I'm sure by now I won't need a prescription called in since it's been 5 days ago already but now I want to hear back from them based on

I’ve been coming here for a few years, but my last couple of visits have been a horrible experience. A routine checkup and cleaning now takes around 4 hours, with 3–4 different staff members coming in just to apologize for the wait. The constant upselling is the worst part. I’ve been recommended more deep cleanings here than anywhere else in my life. Once you agree to a deep cleaning, they reschedule you for another appointment—meaning you’ve just wasted 3–4 hours that day. At my most recent visit, I asked if I could at least get a regular cleaning in the meantime, and all that was done was flossing my teeth. I don’t recommend this place. It feels like they’ve taken on far more patients than they can properly handle.

I had a crown placed at this dentist about a year ago. My crown fell off over the weekend. I called for an emergency appointment. The area was painful and sensitive and I could barely eat or drink fluids. They told me they couldn’t get me in until next week, seven days from now. I asked if they could make an exception given it was an emergency and they said they’d have their scheduler call me ASAP. Scheduler never called. I found another dentist that could see me and got my problem fixed elsewhere. My family will be going to that dental office moving forward. Disappointing.
