I had a dog emergency and as soon as they answered the phone was very welcoming and got me in fast. They helped me help my baby rocky cross the rainbow bridge. Doctor Kinsey was the best doctor I have found. Her and the staff was so supportive and understanding. This process is already hard as it is and they made everything else so easy which helped so much. I found a new place to take my dogs! Thank you so much for your kindness.

Dr. Jenkins and the entire Dickinson animal Hospital staff were wonderful to myself and Lulu, my border collie. It was our first time there by recommendation and we were not disappointed! They are very caring and knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend them.❤️🐕👍

10/10, I’ve found my new veterinarian. It was easy to schedule, they were so kind and listened so intently to everything I had to say, they were so gentle with my cat, Shawn, and he even seemed the most relaxed I’ve ever seen when going to the vet. On top of that, as far as pricing, it all relatively made sense. The rabies shots for him last 3 years, so that was worth it, plus his other one and the wellness checkup cost, overall was very reasonable compared to many others. One of the kindest staff I’ve ever met, especially Dr. Brie Kinsey and the DVM technician, Ashlynn. Thank you so much to both of you, and I can’t wait to come back here in the future.

Dr. Jenkins is so nice! The Woo, my cat, is the absolute best behaved at the vet. Dr. Jenkins is one of the top vets and I love that the clinic itself is AAHA accredited. Top notch care from a top notch clinic!

I get an one their automated messages about my dogs yearly check up coming up in February. I go ahead and make an appointment for today because my dog needs a nail trim. I was saving money to do it that way because they charge an extra $50 fee for a non dr visit for nail trims, anal gland expressions etc. So by seeing the dr, I did not to pay the $50 fee. I show up today and they basically argued with me that my dog didn't need anything and wasn't sure why I was there. Not sure what the panic was to do her yearly checkup a few weeks early. Front staff questioned me first, then when I was called back, the medical assistant started again about why I was there. I finally had enough and left.
